Refunds
You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the day you receive it from the cargo, within the return conditions.

In order for the products to be returned within the right of withdrawal, the purchased product must not be damaged in its original box and the packaging inside, and the invoice and all accessories must be sent together with the products given as gifts, undamaged and complete in the same cargo.

The product you want to return must not lose its resalability and must be in a condition that can be purchased by another customer. Returns of products that have lost their resalability feature (for the Game / Toys, the original box is broken, deformed, crushed, with missing parts, the box is taped with duct tape, etc.) will not be.

If there is no problem arising from the product in the received products; The shipping cost of the return and exchange will be paid by the customer.

You can fill in the return and exchange form on the back of the invoice and send all copies of the invoice along with the product to PTT, Fedex, DHL Shipment Company. Receiver-paid shipments sent with other cargo companies will not be accepted.

Before receiving your order from the cargo authority, check whether the package is damaged. If you think your product has been damaged during shipment, do not take delivery of the package by keeping a report from the cargo authority. In such cases, when you receive the package, it is considered that the order is delivered to you without any problems and in full.
